Why did you create this program?

During my experiences with my personal journey on getting healthy, I discovered that today’s society has completely over complicated “healthy” and “dieting”. I want to help individuals with getting healthy back in the arms of simplicity. Getting healthy is a personal journey and looks different for every single person. I call it bio-individuality. One person’s food is another’s poison. There is no “one size fits all” when it comes to nutrition. Everyone needs to erase everything they think they know about dieting, getting healthy, losing weight & just follow this journey with me! I created this program to put “simple” back into healthy living. It doesn’t have to be complicated.

So how does this program work?

For the last 5 months, I have been cultivating an online program that is self guided. You pay a one time fee, and BAM! You will receive your first email to help you get started. Every 2 weeks, you will be sent a video to watch. They are all around 30 minutes & there are 4 of them. This program is an 8-12 week program (depending on your own pace). At your leisure, you watch the video (completely free from interruptions of course). And in these videos, not only do you get to see my shining face, but I show you a very detailed, yet simple presentation explaining different healthy topics. During each video, you will take loads of notes, and I will give you 2-3 action items to do during the 2-3 week period. You put those actions items into place and start creating your own healthy habits with the tips I share with you. I will also be giving you recipes during every session that are specific to that week’s topic.

for whom is the program designed?

This program is for anyone who:

  • Wants to lose weight

  • Wants more energy

  • Wants to improve their quality of life

  • Wants to change their relationship with food

  • Wants to cook healthier, but doesn’t know how or where to start

  • Desire to get their family healthier

  • is tired of making repeat appointments to the doctor

  • is ready to love themselves enough to take the reins on their own health

    Who should forego this program?

  • Anyone that thinks they have “healthy” figured out

  • Individuals who are not willing to do the work

  • People who are not trusting of me, and will not apply all the steps into their life

  • Anybody that is not 100% ready for positive change

I say this with complete empathy. if you have any doubts that this program would actually work, then you are not ready. Over the years I have learned who my ideal clients are, and anyone who doesn’t do the work, or only partly does my programs, are setting themselves up for disappointment. This takes commitment. This is a personal journey. This takes 8-12 weeks of solid commitment. This program is not hard. That’s why I love it! It’s doable & it’s figure-out-able. You just have to take that first step; COMMIT!

I promise to introduce new/healthy whole foods into your diet. I promise to educate you on the power of good food and how to slowly eliminate some of the bad foods. If you do this program fully, I promise you will see change & my hope is that you will personally thank me for helping you change the way you see, treat & eat food.
