Let's be honest...dinner can be overwhelming! Whether you are feeding just 1, or a tribe, making dinner can be a stressful event so most choose to eat out. I will teach you some meals that are affordable, healhty, easy and fun! We will also go over some meal preps that will save you loads of time during the week. After all, we are all busy, so let's not spend our entire evening in the kitchen! I'm here to help!
In this hands-on class, NO question is silly and EVERYONE will feel like a cook when it's over. In this fun class, I'll teach the basics of the kitchen from what utensils to use, to what spices get you the most bang for your buck. I'll show you how to cut those every day veggies, and how to store your perishables. This is a great class for those of you who have a bunch of frozen meals in your freezer! This is probably my favorite class! I want you to feel comfortable in your own kitchen! Let's do this!
Basic staple cooking and prep
In our every day meals, there are the "basics". There are those ingredients we use weekly. In this fun hands on class, we will learn to prep and cook these basic staples! You can then take what you learn and mix/match your foods for different meal options so you and your family stay out of the food rut. Let's cook more, and eat out less!
