Food is Where It's At!

The wellness coach journey has been an interesting one these past several months. Starting your own business from complete zero is challenging to say the least. When meshing my passion with a career, I had no idea how hard it would actually be. “If I love it, it will all come naturally” was my thought when entering this endeavor. Since I’ve been swimming in a pool of this new business idea, my fingers have gotten pruney from all of my ideas. My head is full of passion, but my mind is all over the place; bouncing from one idea to the next. But, I’m beginning to come up for air and my focus is getting very clear. My vision for this career is becoming bright and boy am I elated and pumped!

My entire life I have had a passion for food. And that passion has shifted in the last 5 years to healthy foods. And healthy foods have changed my life. And because of that, I want to help others get healthy too. This lifestyle change is sustainable. It works. And I’m not even selling a magic pill, powder or patch. I’m guiding people on how to eat real food. And when they do, the shift happens. They feel great and they lose weight.

The human body is a magnificent machine. And when we feed it real, whole foods, it works perfectly! With that being said, I am going to focus on food. I am going to put all my focus on teaching people how to eat well to lose weight and prevent disease. I am going to do this through in -person workshops, 1-on-1 in home cooking sessions and soon I’ll be introducing an online Food Shift program where I will educate individuals how to see food differently. With my training through IIN, and my experience in my own kitchen, I can be the catalyst that helps individuals make their own shift. I am beyond excited and more than ready to take on this project. I am open and willing to help others get healthy and feel great through these services! Please visit my site regularly to see the upcoming services!
