How-to-Make Kombucha & Other Gut Healing Foods 

This class is focused on our guts and healthy digestion. We will make the popular drink called Kombucha! Kombucha is a probiotic drink that's getting lots of buzz but can be super expensive. You will take home your own batch AND you get to keep a SCOBY so you can make it in your own home! We will also make a couple more recipes that all promote a healthy gut! 

This is a very hands-on class that may be a bit messy, but will leave you inspired to keep your gut in check.

In this class, we will have a HUGE discussion and planning session for meal prepping and planning. I will show you some tips in the kitchen & give you endless ideas, tips & tricks to planning your weekly meals

Shelley Loving is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Culinary Nutrition Expert. She attended The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and The Academy of Culinary Nutrition.
