Instructions
Place your spiraled zucchini in a bowl and sprinkle with 1 tsp sea salt. Toss it and let it sit for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the marinade by placing everything else in a bowl and whisk until combined.
Squeeze the water out of the zucchini noodles and place them on a paper towel. Press to get the last of the water out of the zoodles. Place them in a jar, pour the marinade over the zoodles. Stir them and place in the fridge. Let them marinate for 2 days. Enjoy!

3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
2 Garlic (cloves, minced)
2 tsp Basil Leaves (chopped)
2 tsp Parsley (chopped)
2 tsp Raw Honey
