Ranch Dressing (Dairy-free)

Instructions


Soak the cashews in hot water for at least 20 minutes (or cold water for 4-6
hours)

Drain cashews and add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and mix until
smooth.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

 

Ingredients

 

1 cup Organic Coconut Milk (canned, full-fat, refrigerated overnight)
1/4 cup Avocado Oil
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 stalk Green Onion (choppped)
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Fresh Dill
1 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Cashews (soaked in hot water)
