Soak the dates in warm/hot water for at least 10 minutes to soften them. This will help your mousse have a creamy texture.
Drain any excess water from the tofu package.
Melt the chocolate. I usually do it in the microwave for 2 minutes at a time at only 50% heat. We don't want to "heat" the chocolate. Just melt it.
Add everything to a blender and blend until super smooth (about 3 minutes).
Pour into a storage container and set in the fridge for several hours.

5 pieces Pitted Dates (soaked for 10 minutes)
1 lb Silken Tofu (1 package)
1 1/2 cups Dark Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (any plant-based milk)
