Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ÂșF (177ÂșC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Combine the almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
In a small bowl, whisk your egg and add the remaining we ingredients. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix. Fold in your dark chocolate chips.
Plop the dough onto the baking sheet using a heaping tablespoon. Use the palm of your hand to gently form and flatten the cookies.
Place in the oven and bake for about 11-14 minutes for soft cookies.
Remove from oven. After 3 minutes, place on a cooling rack. Enjoy
