Instructions
Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat the chocolate for one minute at a time on 50% heat. Stir between each heating and do this until the chocolate is melted.
Line a baking sheet or pyrex pan with parchment paper.
Stir the almonds into the chocolate and pour it onto the parchment paper. Sprinkle the dried fruit, coconut flakes, and sea salt over the chocolate. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes. Break apart and enjoy!

1 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 cup Almonds (roughly chopped)
1 cup Dried Unsweetened Cranberries (any dried fruit will work)
1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
