Instructions
Make sure the skin is off the lemon and ginger root/turmeric root. If you can't find fresh turmeric, you can use turmeric powder.
Blend or juice everything except the black pepper. If you are blending it all, you will have to strain the juice through a sieve or nut bag to get all the pulp out.
After juice is made, add the black pepper and stir. Store in a an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 10 days. Shake well before drinking 2-3 ounces every day.

2 Lemons (juiced )
1 Pineapple
1/4 cup Raw Honey
2 cups Coconut Water
1 Tbsp Black Pepper
