Vanilla Bean Coconut Kefir

Instructions


In a bowl add your coconut milk. If it is separated in the can, put the contents in the bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds. Whisk until the coconut cream and coconut water are well combined.

Open your probiotic capsule and pour the powder into the bowl of coconut milk. Whisk them until combined. Place in a jar with a loose lid and set on the counter for 24 hours.

Reserve 1/4 cup of the mixture for your next batch of kefir and set in the fridge. For future use, you will add this to a new can of coconut milk and repeat the process.

Mix in the remaining ingredients with the rest of your coconut kefir. Place in fridge until ready to serve. Enjoy!

1 tsp Vanilla Extract (or 1/4 tsp vanilla bean)
2 Tbsp Raw Honey
1 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
